Coop Danmark and Allgeier Enterprise Services have signed a three-year contract for delivery of S/4HANA infrastructure and technical SAP services to the Coop One program and the following on-going operation of the new retail platform.
In 2017 Coop Danmark launched a transformation program to retire multiple IT systems which are highly critical to the daily operations and implement a new retail platform based on SAP S/4HANA. This transformation will not only optimize end-to-end business processes but also enable Coop Danmark to drive future innovations and create better customer experiences within the Danish retail industry.
To achieve these ambitious goals Coop Danmark needs a partner who can deliver world class operational performance and stability, but also provide proactive and technical guidance to continuously optimize the SAP environment.
